Coming out of yelp review retirement for this! So I'm the process of helping my friend clear out her mother's estate and although there's a city pickup scheduled in a bit over a week it was clear that the amount of things to clear could not sit outside that long. I called Juan on Sunday to request a clear out service to pick up the numerous bags and boxes from the rooms we cleared.

Not only was he able to come out the next morning, he was also able to clear out most of the backyard that also needed to ultimately be cleared as well all for a very reasonable price we agreed upon in advance without any additional or surprise fees.

When I asked my friend how she felt about her place once it was cleared, she said a weight has been lifted off her shoulders and we're both grateful for Juan's services during this transition period for my friend.
